In winter, play paddle ball on the hockey rink; we supply all the equipment for arguably the funniest family game on Earth. In summer, play 6 v 6 beach volleyball under the lights before you chill out around the fire pit and listen to the river babble while gazing at the spectacular starlit sky. During the day, take a snooze after a mid-day hot tub in a hammock haven along the river.

The adult game room has multiple TVs for sports, a pool table, a ping pong table, a large shuffle puck game, Golden Tee Golf, Darts, and so on. There is a second room for gamers with 4 connected PlayStations and foosball table in the kid's game room. Flick on the disco lights and boogie down this vacation.

The grand family suite with a king and 3 twins and a private bathroom, a second bedroom overlooking the river has a queen bed and private bathroom, the third and fourth queen bedrooms share a full bathroom. The bunk wing has 3 xl twin bunks and a private bath in the room; the second bunk room has 2 full beds and two twin bunks with a private bathroom.

A formal dining room with a custom-built table just off the kitchen has a seat for everyone. Relax after dinner around the fire and enjoy a game on the giant scrabble board,or relax into one of two movie rooms.

Winter: The home is under 10 minutes to Sunday River for some of the best skiing on the East. If the ski conditions aren't up to par, bust out the skates and play pickup hockey. Or just throw on your boots and play a game of Paddleball with our paddleball gear. Bring your snowmobiles for endless trail riding on the ITS. Take our snowshoes for a jaunt up the trail systems starting right at the end of the driveway.

Summer: The possibilities feel endless. If you want a lazy trail ride or world-class mountain biking and/or afternoon hike, the Paddle House is across the street from the trailheads. The private setting with a massive yard and outdoor games will keep you busy with fun. If you're itching for adventure, head upriver 6 miles to the Gilead Bridge, where you can launch our kayak for a paddle or make a big booze barge and lazily float back to the house.
