Are bed linens and towels provided?

Yes! including spa towels 

Can I have an early check-in?

This would need to be organized in advance of your stay and is not always possible. It depends on the specific timeframe for your stay and our teams schedule. 

Can I have a late check-out?

This would need to be organized in advance of your stay and is not always possible. It depends on the specific timeframe for your stay and our teams schedule. 

Are pets allowed?

At our discretion, we do allow dogs at PaddleHouse and FunHouse. An additional cleaning fee is required. 

Is the hot tub serviced during our stay?

 Whittemore Pool & Spa Management services the hot tub prior to guest check-in. Extended stays have mid-week checks. There are instructions for what chemicals to add during the stay to maintain the spa. 

What paper products are provided?

There will be plenty of toilet paper and we provide two rolls of paper towels. 

Do you have a pack n play at the property?

Yes, we can provide a pack n play. Please reach out if this is something you would want for your stay. 

What are the check-out instructions?

We ask that guests place all trash in respective areas, start the dishwasher and make piles of linens in bedrooms and bathrooms. 

What summer fun activities are available?

Please reach out and request a PDF on our favorite swimming holes, hikes, places to eat and farms to visit.

Is firewood provided?

Yes! Please do not bring any wood in from out of state.
